🎉 A Night of Celebration at Our Annual Prizegiving Evening 2025! 🎉
What a hugely successful and memorable evening we had at our Annual Prizegiving! It was a genuine delight to celebrate the incredible achievements of our young people within our school community. 🌟
We were honoured to have Alison Fleming present the awards, acknowledging the hard work and dedication of our prizewinners. A special thank you to Mrs Gilliland and Miss Shepherd, whose support helped our talented musicians and singers shine. 🎶👏
We were also privileged to welcome former pupil, Joe Hourston, who delivered an inspirational keynote speech. His journey from our school to becoming a pilot in the Red Arrows is truly remarkable, and his key messages resonate with all of us. 🛩️✨
A massive thank you to all our staff who dedicated countless hours to organise this event — teamwork made it all possible! 🙌

Following our incredibly successful awards evening last week, we were thrilled to host our School Achievement Assemblies this week, honouring the hard work and dedication of our pupils in S1-S3 (last session). 🌟
Pupils were recognised for their achievements across a variety of subjects, and it was heartwarming to see the pride on their faces as they received their certificates of recognition. 🏆👏
At Fortrose Academy, we strongly believe in celebrating the successes of all our pupils, and these assemblies are a wonderful way for us to showcase their hard work and determination. Going forward together.

A massive congratulations to Solasta Young Enterprsie team who were crowned Company of the Year at the Highlands & Moray YE Regional Finals🏆
Throughout the day the team set up their Trade Stand, had an interview with the judges and then presented to the judges and other teams in the evening, which they smashed!👏
They also won Best Presentation and Best Company Report. The team will now represent the region at the Scottish finals in Glasgow in May🌟
Well done to the whole team who have worked tirelessly throughout the year to get to this point. They can’t wait to start preparing for the Scottish finals🎉
